In a recent update on Xbox Wire, Microsoft has confirmed that EA Play will join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on November 10th. It will be available to console subscribers first, just in time for the launch of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Those on PC will have to wait until December to access the same (though it will be available with regular Xbox Game Pass for PC subscriptions along with Ultimate).
The company also noted that some of “the best EA Play games” will be playable on Android via cloud gaming. It will likely reveal which titles in the coming days but that’s a nice added bonus on top of all the Game Pass titles playable on the same. Other benefits offered by EA Play include access to its own Vault of titles, discounts on EA digital content and limited time trials for upcoming games.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate retails for $15 per month and provides access to Game Pass titles on PC and console along with Xbox Live Gold. Cloud gaming was recently added to the service as well with more than 150 games available. As noted above, the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are out in November and will retail for $499 and $299 respectively.
