F1 2018- Codemasters Reveal Complete List of All Classic Cars In The Roster

Enough classic cars to make even Jay Leno salivate.

Formula 1 racing enthusiasts have been getting ever more pumped for the upcoming 2018 FIA Formula One season and the upcoming F1 2018 that was destined to come with it. Codemasters have revealed through a brand new trailer (which you can take a look at below) and a press release that some classic cars from the 1970’s and 80’s will join the list from the last game, as well as the previously shown 2009 Brawn and 2003 Williams, making for the largest roster of classic vehicles in the series’ history, with 20.

The latter two of the above cars are going to be exclusive to those who pony up for the Headline Edition of the game for a time, before becoming available for sale at a later date (60 days after release, to be more precise). Some of the legendary vehicles the team chose to feature include Mario Andretti’s 1978 Lotus 79 and Jody Scheckter’s 1979 Ferrari 312 T4. “The 70s and 80s cars offer a whole new challenge and compared to the modern day cars. They look and sound incredible,” said Game Director Lee Mather in the press release.

F1 2018 will feature each and every one of the drivers, teams and circuits from the 2018 season, with a revamped career mode including time pressured interviews that influence how you progress. The game is set to launch on August 24 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. You can take look at the full list of the cars available in the game below.
