We’ve gotten our first peeks at Fallout 4‘s DLC entitled Automatron and now Todd Howard is shedding bit of light on another piece of DLC that will eventually be landing for the game called Far Harbor. The game’s director recently sat down with IGN in order to talk about what Bethesda is planning for this new content. He also talked about how the company managed to land on why the firm came up with the pricing for the new DLC.
When talking about how the company came up with this idea he compared the pricing levels with what the company did when it came to Skyrim. “In this first run [of DLC], Far Harbor is the largest. But, we kind of priced that based on what we’ve done before so you can look at Far Harbor and say ‘Well, even though the land mass is bigger, it doesn’t have as much content as Shivering Isles – which was $30- but it has more than Dawnguard, which was $20″ Howard told the website.
Bethesda has made it clear in other interviews and conversations that they believe that the season pass is well worth the money. In fact, especially because of how much content is included in Far Harbor. As has been pointed out before, the Far Harbor DLC is the biggest DLC that will launch for the base game. Now we’ll just have to see whether or not the price they are asking for is actually worth it.
