Mods officially launched for Fallout 4 on Xbox One earlier this week and thus far, the support on the console is already well ahead of PC users, at least according to Bethesda.
The developer noted that, “Xbox traffic was 50x the initial Fallout 4 PC mod launch. It’s a new world & just the beginning. New features & PS4 support in the works.” What those “new features” are remains to be seen but it’s good to know that PS4 mods are on track.
It should be noted that the mods on Xbox One have been created on PC with the Creation Kit and then ported over to the console. Every single mod won’t be supported and there is a cap of 2 GB on installed mods but it’s still progress.
PS4 mods are still scheduled to release next month and there will likely be a beta just like for Xbox One. What are your thoughts on Fallout 4 mods for Xbox One? Let us know in the comments below.
