If you were mildly intrigued/disappointed by the reveal of Bethesda’s Fallout 76, then don’t worry. The company may possibly have another Fallout that will be heading to PS4. Sadly, it appears to be Fallout Shelter, the free to play Vault managing simulator that released on mobiles in 2015 before heading to PC in 2016 and Xbox One in 2017.
Trophies for a supposed PlayStation 4 version have emerged courtesy of Exophase, ranging from the bog-standard “Collect 1000 caps” to leveling up Dwellers to 50. While we don’t believe that Fallout Shelter on PS4 is one of the “surprises” that Bethesda’s Pete Hines was teasing for E3, an announcement will likely be coming.
Fallout Shelter has seen a number of updates over the years and for a Vault manager, it’s not the worst mobile game out there. What unique features could there be in the PS4 version? That remains to be seen. Bethesda’s E3 2018 presser takes place on June 10th at 6:30 PM PT. Expect to see more Fallout 76, RAGE 2 and whatever else Bethesda’s studios are working on.
