Gears 5’s First Title Update Comes With New Content And Changes

The first major update for the game brings a host of new material.

Gears 5 is finally out, and the game has been a smash hit for Microsoft, being the biggest launch the company has seen this generation. The game is also strapped in for the long haul, and the first major update for the game is out now and brings some new material for the many players of the game.

The new Escape mode gets a few new skill cards for Keegan, Lahni, and Mac in their fight against enemies in the Venom. That’s the most significant content drop, but there’s also some quality of life tweaks like an Aim Toggle Accessibility option and remapping on PC. Add that to some new Supply Drops that include new skins, weapons and much more, and you’ve got yourself a pretty big update when you wrap it up with various bug fixes.
