Gran Turismo 7 is going to launch in a couple of weeks, and fans of the racing sim series are waiting with bated breath to finally dive into its offerings. The game is clearly going to have a lot to offer right off the bat, and visually and technically, it looks like it’s looking to touch some impressive new heights- it’s not surprising, then, that it’s also going to be a pretty hefty game.
As per the PlayStation Direct store listings for the game’s PS4 and PS5 versions, the game’s physical release will have a key difference across both consoles, with Gran Turismo 7 coming on two discs on the PS4 and one on the PS5. The latter does, of course, have an Ultra HD Blue-ray drive, which the PS4 doesn’t, allowing it to read discs with greater capacities.
The two aforementioned pages also mention that the game will require a minimum of 110 GB of storage space on both consoles. Previously, it had been reported that its download size on the PS5 is going to be roughly 90 GB, without a day one patch.
Gran Turismo 7 is out on March 4 for PS5 and PS4.
