Looks like Halo: Reach is gonna be spread out over as many media as it can. It already exists as a (rather good) novel titled Halo: The Fall of Reach, the video gam adaptation of said novel, Halo: Reach, is due out on the Xbox 360 this fall, and now we’re gonna be getting a (presumably awesome) graphic novel based on the game/novel from Marvel as well.
The comic book giant has teamed up with 343 Industries to work on the graphic novel, which will be written by Brian Reed and drawn by Felix Ruiz. The first comic book issue, Boot Camp #1, will be hitting the stores this September, presumably for a simultaneous release with the Xbox exclusive game.
The novel Halo: The Fall of Reach acted as a prequel to the main trilogy of Halo games, as it charted the creation of the SPARTAN II project, as well as the arrival of John 117, better known as Master Chief.
Halo: Reach is due out exclusively for the Xbox 360 this fall, and by the looks of it, it will be possibly the Xbox’s best game yet.
