Ubisoft ended last year with one of their most unique titles in years, Immortals Fenyx Rising. While the game had many of the same structural quirks as all Ubisoft titles, it’s look and tone were far more offbeat than most of their material. Considering the timing of its release, as well as coming out after literally two other massive Ubisoft open world titles, it’s understandable if you missed it. Well, now you have the opportunity to give it a try.
A demo has now been released across all platforms. By most accounts it seems as if the demo is the same one that was released for a limited time last year on Stadia. There is no mention of data carrying over, so it seems as if it’s purely standalone. Overall, we enjoyed the game even if finding that it fell short.
Immortals Fenyx Rising is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Switch, PC and Stadia with the demo now being available on all platforms. The game’s first paid expansion, A New God, is also set to release today.
