Mass Effect Andromeda Is Only $20 At GameStop For A Limited Time

GameStop is Commander Shepard's favorite store on the Citadel.

EA and Bioware’s Mass Effect Andromeda was a good, but flawed game; however, the toxic word of mouth around the game killed it dead in its tracks, and the game floundered at retail. I suppose the silver lining in this situation, for those of you who may have had a passing interest in the game, is that prices on it dropped pretty rapidly- so you can check it out with a smaller investment now, if you wanted to.

Take this new fire sale for the game at GameStop, for example- the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game are both discounted steeply right now to $19.99, just a third of the original price they retailed at. Given that there are used games more expensive than that, this is the perfect chance for you to pick the game up, and see if you can salvage any enjoyment from it. Plus, who knows- if the game continues selling, maybe EA will be convinced there is interest in, and therefore a potential future for, Mass Effect yet.

Mass Effect Andromeda is available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Have you played the game yet? If not, will you be picking it up on sale? Make sure to let us know in the comments section below.
