Bioware’s Mass Effect: Andromeda is causing quite the buzz for many reasons, multiplayer perhaps being one of the biggest. That’s mostly due to the awesome nature of multiplayer in Mass Effect 3 and Bioware is introducing enough features to streamline the process for fans.
While single-player fans won’t have to worry about multiplayer interfering with the story like in Mass Effect 3, there will be incentive to play it.
Lead designer Ian S. Frazier replied to a fan on Twitter about being able to jump into multiplayer and back out to the campaign. “Yup! And it’s possible to earn single-player rewards in the process. (Multiplayer doesn’t impact single-players’s story like in ME3, though).”
Mass Effect: Andromeda is out on March 21st for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. What are your thoughts on the multiplayer and will you be checking it out? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more updates.
