Monster Hunter World tries to change all that by delivering the strongest single player campaign and story the series has ever had. It’s not Metal Gear Solid, but it does a good job of contextualizing why you are hunting all these giant beasts you are trying to take down. It’s a single player campaign that also does an exceptional job of easing you into its world.
But you can still feel overwhelmed, or run into a wall as far as progress goes- this is, after all, Monster Hunter. If that happens to you, never fear. What you need is a walkthrough- and we have one for you right here. Just be mindful that it will have spoilers- and yes, in this case, that warning is actually meaningful, because the story here is something you should enjoy for yourself.
