A new limited-time event is now available in Overwatch 2, though it’s not on the scale of the currently ongoing One-Punch Man collab. It’s the PachiMarchi Event, which offers an exclusive Pachimari-themed Roadhog skin for players to unlock.
The event is live until April 4th and features a new mode, Catch-A-Mari, and new Challenges. Completing Challenges grants the Epic skin, a name card, a weapon charm, and profile icons. Simply logging in nets the Hogimari player icon, which is neat. Even if you own the skin from Overwatch 1, it’s worth checking the event out for everything else.
In the meantime, Season 3 of Overwatch 2 is almost nearing the end. Executive producer Jared Neuss said there would be insight into the team’s 2023 plans “soon” and later confirmed that PvE plans would also be revealed “soon” (but not necessarily at the same time). We’ll need to wait for more details, so stay tuned in the coming weeks.
