Overwatch 2 Reveals Upcoming Cowboy Bebop Collaboration

The latest Overwatch 2 trailer shows off some of its characters donning the stylish outfits of Cowboy Bebop characters.

Developer Blizzard has released a new trailer for Overwatch 2, showcasing the game’s upcoming collaboration with classic anime series Cowboy Bebop. Check out the stylish new trailer for the collaboration below.

The new trailer showcases some of the new cosmetics that will be available in Overwatch 2, all set to the iconic theme song of Cowboy Bebop: Tank. The trailer shows off some of Overwatch 2‘s characters adorned in outfits that make them look like Cowboy Bebop characters. More specifically, we see Cassidy as Spike Spiegel, Ashe as Faye Valentine, Mauga as Jet Black, Wrecking Ball as Ein, and Sombra as Ed.

Overwatch 2 is currently in the midst of its ninth season, dubbed Champions. The Cowboy Bebop collaboration was originally hinted towards back when Blizzard first revealed the roadmap for Season 9 back in February. As part of the season, the game will also get a new Hero Mastery mode, Gauntlet, on March 12.

Overwatch 2 Season 9: Champions also saw a host of changes to the game’s balance, including buffs for several heroes and an increase to offensive projectile sizes.
