Persona 3 Reload Japanese Ad Shows Dungeon Crawling, Story Cutscenes

A new TV spot for Persona 3 Reload was aired in Japan, showing off some new story scenes and dungeon crawling gameplay.

Atlus has released a new trailer for upcoming remake of 2006 JRPG Persona 3, Persona 3 Reload. The trailer, originally aired as an ad in Japan on June 15, includes the original announcement trailer, as well as a few extra story scenes. Check it out below.

While the trailer isn’t entirely new, largely featuring footage we saw in the game’s announcement trailer, it also focuses more on showing off some of the game’s dungeon crawling, as well as animated story-centric cutscenes. The trailer also indicates that Persona 3 Reload will feature some content from Perosna 3 FES—namely the addition of a Social Link for Aigis, who can be seen front an center in the TV ad.

Persona 3 Reload was announced for release on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC earlier this month during the Xbox Games Showcase, and was shortly later confirmed to also be coming to PS4 and PS5. A listing on import retail site Play-Asia also indicates that the remake might be making its way on to Nintendo Switch.

Persona 3 Reload doesn’t yet have a solid release date, but is slated for launch some time in early 2024.
