PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Banned Over 1 Million Cheaters Last Month

That's a huge number of cheaters.

While PUBG is a veritable sensation at this point, the game does suffer from a major problem- at the very least, for the PC version of the game. You see, much like with many other popular multiplayer games on the platform, there are several cheaters who are infesting PUBG, making the experience less pleasant for other players.

PUBG Corp, to their credit, have responded to the problem right away, and implemented the anti-cheat system BattlEye. And apparently, it is working, too- as per BattlEye’s official Twitter account, a staggering 1,044,000 players were banned last month for cheating.

That number may seem huge to you, but just consider how many people actually play PUBG, and the proportionate number of cheaters will then make more sense. Hopefully, this begins to cull the rampant cheating and exploits in the game. PUBG is available on PC, as well as on Xbox One in Game Preview.
