PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Has Over 9 Million Views for Replay Daily

The new features are a big success.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds recently added a 3D replay feature into the game, along with a deathcam; the latter was intended to show to players just how and where they had been killed, which can theoretically help them shore up their weak points in future games. Meanwhile, the former was just meant to be for replays of some good plays and games.

Apparently, the feature has ben a resounding success, because on average, 9 million replays are viewed daily. That’s a staggering figure- but really, given that roughly 2-2.5 million people are playing the game concurrently at any given time, it should maybe not come as that much of a shock to anybody.

The deathcam seems to be a success too, because 70-80% of all players seem to be using it now. For now, these features are only available on the PC version of the game. PUBG itself, meanwhile, is out on PC and on Xbox One in Early Access.
