Press Play’s “On Sketchy Grounds” Coming to Microsoft Kinect?

The European Union, believe it or not, is actually quite progressive thinking. They’ve got an entire list of media to pledge money, although sizable financing must be provided by the developer as well.

Pertaining to Press Play’s On Sketchy Grounds, the document states:

This is an attractive game for a young audience of 10-14 year-olds. The interface and interface conceptions builds on the MEDIA supported multi-award winning interactive work “Max & the Magic Marker” and is very appropriate for the target audience.

Max and the Magic Marker is a Crayon Physics title wherein you draw lines for various needs like crossing chasms. Press Play have recently been purchased by Microsoft, undoubtedly to bring On Sketchy Grounds to the Kinect. And why not? It’d make a great fit for the younger crowd, while still being creatively puzzle-minded for the adults. Or maybe it’s just fond memories of Kirby: Canvas Curse speaking to me.
