Prey Confirmed, Coming to Xbox One, PS4, and PC in 2017

It's back, but something has changed.

As has been rumored for the longest time, Prey will indeed be returning- Arkane Austin will be bringing the classic IP back next year, but a lot has been changed since the original game. The new game seems to be in the vein of System Shock, and it will see you wake up in an abandoned space station, where a lot has gone terribly, terribly wrong.

The player will be using their mind bending powers to negotiate the treacherous space station and try to figure out exactly what happened. “You awaken aboard the Talos 1 in the year 2032 and must uncover the secrets hiding in the depths of the space station while being hunted by the mysterious alien force that has taken over. You’ll have to rely on the tools you find on the station – along with your wits, weapons and mind-bending abilities – to combat the growing threat and, hopefully, survive. Get your first look at Prey in the cinematic reveal trailer,” Bethesda revealed in the press release.

Prey will be coming next year for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
