Ubisoft has released two new trailers for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. While one of the trailer acts more as a mood piece, giving us an animated look at some of the stylistic combat, the company has also released a trailer featuring gameplay and developer commentary.
The second trailer especially gives us a great look at the gameplay in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. The trailer shows off both the game’s exploration aspects, as well as its combat. We also get to see some of protagonist Sargon’s time-based abilities, which allow him to tackle fights, as well as platforming sections with creativity.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown was first unveiled earlier last week at Summer Game Fest. The title is going to be Metroidvania, and will take place in an imaginary world inspired by Persian mythology.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is coming to PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on January 18, 2024.
