RIDE 6 Showcases New Maxi Enduro and Bagger Races in Gameplay Deep Dive Trailer

The latest gameplay trailer for RIDE 6 placed quite a bit of emphasis on showcasing all of the game's different racing experiences.

Developer Milestone has released a new deep dive gameplay trailer for its upcoming racing sim RIDE 6. The trailer, coming in at over 6 minutes in length, shows off quite a few of the new features of RIDE 6, including the addition of Maxi Enduro class motorcycles and the appropriate tracks to ride them on, as well as the other race types, from superbike races to drift-centric tracks and even races featuring Bagger-class motorcycles.

Among the things showcased in the trailer are pretty extensive gameplay segments from a Maxi Enduro race, showcasing how the physics engine will behave differently owing to the dirt tracks and higher-grip tiers of the bikes. The trailer then goes on to show off a segment of a race featuring Bagger-class motorcycles, which have an emphasis on tricky turns and smooth asphalt tracks, challenging players to get the highest speeds possible while still staying on track.

We then get to see high-speed superbike race with the rider being able to hit speeds of over 250 km/h before they ultimately have to hit the brakes in order to make a sharp turn. This then transitions into a more drift-oriented race where riders have to compete against each other in terms of getting the fastest time possible, all while still navigating through tricky race tracks with plenty of sharp corners and turns.

RIDE 6 was unveiled just last month, and is slated to bring in a host of new features to the bike-racing franchise. Chief among these will be the new RIDE Fest career mode, which the developers have described as being a new touring festival that allows players to progress through its systems at their own pace and in their preferred styles of racing. RIDE Fest will put players in the shoes of a real-world rider that is trying to become the number one racer in the world by taking on 10 two-wheel legends. Some of the riders featured in the title include Casey Stoner, Troy Bayliss and Guy Martin.

When it comes out on February 12, RIDE 6 is slated to feature more than 340 motorcycles across 21 manufacturers. These bikes will belong to one of 7 distinct categories, offering players a diverse line-up of motorcycles to chose from, from Baggers to Maxi Enduro bikes and even superbikes. These bikes can then be taken for a spin across 45 different race tracks based on locations from around the world. There will also be a few iconic race tracks, as well as new fictional track layouts.

The title, coming to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, is being developed using Unreal Engine 5. There is going to be an added emphasis on realism in the upcoming racing game, thanks to the addition of more lifelike bike sounds and upgraded visuals. Along with this, there will also be a new dual-physics system that allows players to pick either the more beginner-friendly Arcade experience, or the more challenging and realism-oriented Pro experience.

RIDE 6 will also feature cross-platform multiplayer, as well as split-screen multiplayer.
