The upcoming updates for Star Wars: Battlefront 2 will see hero characters added to the game from the Clone Wars saga. Clone Wars, of course, is an animated series that details the eponymous conflict. Fans of that well received show will be delighted to know that the voice actors from it will be reprising their roles in Battlefront 2 as well.
These characters include General Grievous (voiced by Matthew Wood), Obi-Wan Kenobi, (voiced by James Arnold Taylor, and sadly not Ewan McGregor), Count Dooku (voiced by Corey Burton), and Anakin Skywalker (voiced by Matt Lanter, and again, sadly not Hayden Christensen).
As always, these characters will be added for free to the game, since DICE no longer has paid DLC for any of its titles. They will start being added on October 30 with General Grievous, and go through to February 2019, with Anakin being the last addition. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is out now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you’re still playing the game, make sure to check out its content roadmap through to the end of February next year to know what is in store.
