Developer Rocksteady Studios has revealed that it will be kicking off Season 1 of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League on March 28. As part of the game’s first bit of post-launch content, Joker will be joining Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
The version of Joker joining the game’s playable roster is from an alternate reality, dubbed Elseworlds in the DC setting. This version of Joker will be able to use weapons like a mace and a rocket-powered umbrella. Joker will also be able to launch himself into the air to pull off airborne attacks.
Other content coming to Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League as part of its first season includes two new episodes, which will bring with them new missions, activities and enemies to fight. There will also be new weapons and equipment to play for, as well as more content related to Riddler.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. The game had seen mixed reviews on release, and has been referred to be Warner Bros. Discovery CFO Gunnar Wiedenfels as having “fallen short” of expectations.
