After delaying the game again due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Supermassive Games has announced a new release date for The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope. It’s out on October 30th, just in time for Halloween. Check out the latest trailer below, which highlights the various horrors that players will encounter in the town of Little Hope.
The story centers on four college kids and a professor who end up stranded in the town. A strange fog prevents them from leaving and so they explore the town, making decisions and trying their best to survive. At the center of all this is a strange little girl but what exactly is going on?
Along with a standard single-player campaign, Little Hope allows for online play with two players. Five players can even team up for a local co-op session as they pass the controller around and decide the fate of the main cast. Pre-orders will gain early access to The Curator’s Cut which features new scenes and ” different playable characters with choices and outcomes”.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope will be coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
