The Elder Scrolls Online: PC Accounts Can Be Transferred To PS4/Xbox One Versions

This might mean the game is finally near being finished on PS4 and Xbox One.

Cross platform gamers that are currently grinding their way through Elder Scrolls Online, Bethesda’s popular fantasy MMO, will have a reason to rejoice when the game finally makes the leap from PC to consoles at some point in time later this year.

Confirmed by Official Customer Support, the post reads “Players who purchased and activated the PC / Mac game either from The Elder Scrolls Online Store or from a retailer and activated their game code by 6/30/14 (11:59pm UTC) will be able to purchase the console transfer (for $20.00 USD or €14,99 Euro or £12.99 GBP) at a later date and enjoy the full Tamriel experience on console with 30 days of included game time.”

So while the service isn’t free, it should please many cross platform gamers. Zenimax Online are well along the path of bringing ESO to PS4 and Xbox One and they are currently planning to launch the game at some point in time in Q2 or Q3 of this year, but this is of course subject to change.
