The Last of Us: Remastered Could be Discounted for PS3 Owners, Reclaimed Territories Map Pack Confirmed

Still no co-op though.

The Last of Us: Remastered will be arriving in June for the PS4, with most US retailers listing the release date as June 20th. If you’re annoyed about purchasing the game a year ago for PS3 and not receiving the definitive version, the PlayStation Blog’s Eric Monacelli has revealed that Sony is looking into offering discounts for PS3 owners.

“We’re looking into the business model for all this and will post about this once we have input from all regions.”

Monacelli also confirmed that the upcoming Grounded Bundle DLC’s Reclaimed Territories Map Pack will indeed be part of the PS4 version, and reiterated that there won’t be any co-op DLC pack coming out.

The Last of Us: Remastered will look to revamp the game’s overall presentation, featuring a 1080p resolution and improved art design. It will include all the DLC released for the game till now. Will you be picking it up? Let us know in the comments below.
