Nihon Falcom’s The Legend of Heroes franchise has seen a flurry of activity over the last couple of years, and that’s clearly going to continue to be the case for some time to come. Just earlier this year, we got the long-awaited Western launch of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero for PC, Switch, and PS4, while with The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure and The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie, 2023 is looking packed for the series as well.
And it seems another name may be officially joining that list very soon. The Legend of Heroes: Kuru no Kiseki 2 – CRIMSON SiN- launched in Japan for PS5 and PS4 in September, but it seems like Falcom is preparing to bringing that line of games to more platforms and markets. As spotted by Gematsu, the game has been rated for PC by South Korea’s Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC).
What’s interesting, of course, that its predecessor, The Legend of Heroes: Kuru no Kiseki, hasn’t yet launched anywhere outside of Japan, and that itself will only arrive once the aforementioned Trails into Reverie has been localized. The timeline of these releases outside of Japan should be interesting to follow- but this certification might indicate that official announcements might follow in the near future.
