Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 developer The Chinese Room has been revealing new details on the upcoming action RPG at steady pace in recent months, and has now dropped a significant new showing. Alongside a trailer, an extended gameplay reveal has also gone live, showcasing a meaty chunk of new footage from Bloodlines 2, in addition to a deep dive into further details from creative director Alex Skidmore.
The gameplay reveal showcases an early mission from the game. Protagonist Phyre (who’s playing as a Brujah vampire in this showing), infiltrates an abandoned warehouse to question another vampire, Wilhem, about a mysterious mark on her arm. Things don’t go to plan, however, paving the way for plenty of combat and stealth. Towards the end of the demo, we also get a glimpse of the game’s choice-and-consequence mechanics. Check out the full deep dive below.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is scheduled to launch in Fall 2024 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
