The world of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, developed by Hardsuit Labs, is a complex and scary place. Underneath the veneer of Seattle lies a dark underbelly where several factions of vampires fight for supremacy. The Baron is one such faction and it’s perhaps the most mysterious of all.
According to the developer and publisher Paradox Interactive, not many vampires have even met The Baron. However, he’s ever-present, overseeing every criminal activity while staying relatively quiet. Described as a “necessary evil”, The Baron will have always have something for the player to do.
What if The Baron becomes your enemy? It’s a question of finding his weaknesses or making him less than reliable in the eyes of the other factions. Time will tell just how weak he really is though. Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 releases in March 2020 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Potentially working for The Baron is only the start of tough decisions to be made.
