Xbox One employees will be receiving an exclusive white Xbox One console on launch day. The package comes with a year of Xbox Live, all single-player games, an achievement and best of all, these features will all arrive for free. Interestingly, those who are IEB FTEs as of December 7th 2013 and still working for Microsoft will be eligible.
Which is usually nothing new, but what would be more interesting is if Microsoft intends to introduce this edition of the Xbox One to consumers. After all, the more choice the merrier – especially since the PlayStation 4 will be available in different colours, with various accessories and the like.
As it stands, the Xbox One will be releasing in November, with some indications pointing toward November 27th as the official date (though nothing has been confirmed). Sony’s PlayStation 4 launches on November 15th in North America and on November 29th in Europe. The Xbox One will be launching in 13 territories this year, with another 8 due in early 2014, while the PS4 will launch in 32 markets this November.
