Xbox One Mouse/Keyboard Support Accidentally Outed By Microsoft Poland

Xbox Players might be enjoying some new input options very soon.

While the PC gaming community enjoys the benefits of flexibility, using anything from the stock mouse and keyboard, to an Xbox One or PS4 gamepad to control their games, console players are usually stuck with whatever their favorite companies have developed. Microsoft seemingly has imminent plans to allow for Xbox One players to have a little more flexibility, if a leak out of their Poland branch holds water.

Gamerpros caught the screenshot before it was removed (see below). Perhaps some employee is in hot water for pushing a button early, but the post that was submitted doesn’t give us much to go on besides that the company seems to be working on compatibility.

Microsoft has made statements in the past that they’re open to the idea of allowing Mouse and Keyboard compatibility, while still wanting to consider controller users and wanting to avoid competitive advantages. Seems short of an official announcement we won’t know just how far the support will go, but keep it locked on Gamingbolt to know when that announcement comes.
