Xbox Players Notch Up 222 Million Players, 100 Billion Hours in 15 Years

Halo 5 Guardians and Forza Horizon 3 receiving free content.

Xbox recently celebrated its 15th anniversary and it’s had a rather impressive run since the first console debuted.

Xbox players have totaled 222,468,423 players while they’ve averaged 100,539,390,670 hours since then. The number of multiplayer hours is more than 29 billion while total number of unlocked Achievements were 32,667,582,157. Gamerscore earned among the entire player base over the years is more than 572 billion with the highest Gamerscore being 1,416,465 and a total of 4,233,891,482 Xbox Live friendships made.

Halo and Forza players will benefit from free content due to the anniversary celebrations. Forza players will receive a 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor while Forza Horizon 3 VIP players will receive a an additional truck. Forza Motorsport 6 and Forza Horizon 3 will each receive a Rivals event while the latter receives a Bucket List Challenge.

Halo 5: Guardians players will receive a free REQ pack from now till November 22nd, 10 AM PT/1 PM ET which contains consumables for Warzone and Mark IV Gen 1 armour.
