Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Work in Progress Gameplay Leaks

Watch 30 minutes of combat, exploration, and even a raid by sea.

A little over 30 minutes of gameplay has leaked for Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, showcasing the game’s open world design, mission structure and combat. It’s a work-in-progress build so expect things to be more polished before launch. Check it out below (before it gets removed).

The gameplay sees the female Eivor venturing across the land, battling wolves and even conducting a raid on Burgh Castle. Though low quality, the video does indicate some lush landscapes and effects, from thunder in the horizon to gorgeous sunsets. Combat and the inventory system look fairly akin to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey at this point.

If you’re looking for better quality gameplay, then the wait shouldn’t be too long. Ubisoft is expected to unveil the same at Ubisoft Forward, it’s “E3-style” showcase on July 12th at 12 PM PDT. Other titles hinted to appear include Hyper Scape, which is currently in closed beta, and Watch Dogs Legion. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is currently slated to release this holiday season for Xbox One, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X, PS5 and PC.
