Battlefield 5 Official Single Player Trailer Explores More War Stories

Battle German occupation in Nordlys, fight behind enemy lines in Under No Flag, and much more.

Crazy as it sounds, DICE has been relatively low-key about Battlefield 5’s War Stories, its arbitrary term for the single-player campaign. We got a brief look at Nordlys during E3 2018, but there hasn’t been a lot of substantial gameplay surrounding the campaign since the game was first revealed. To remedy this, an official single player trailer has been released, showcasing some of the other War Stories that we’ll delve into.

Along with fighting back against German occupation in Nordlys, players will also go behind enemy lines in Under No Flag as an English soldier. Tirailleur will feature soldiers battling for a home they’ve never seen. Then there’s The Last Tiger, which features a Tiger I’s crew questioning their reason for fighting, though that will become available in December.

The narration by actor Mark Strong (Merlin in the Kingsman films) makes the trailer even better. Battlefield 5 is out on November 20th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. It was originally slated to release in October, but subsequently delayed to incorporate feedback from the recent open beta.
