DICE has been disclosing tons of information about Battlefield 5 recently, which makes sense given that it’s out later this month. After outlining the schedule for Tides of War and detailing the game’s economy, a new trailer has been released showcasing each map available at launch. There are eight in total, and depending on the mode, you’ll see different versions of them.
The maps in question are Twisted Steel, Arras, Narvik, Fjell 652, Rotterdam, Devastation, Hamada, and Aerodrome. They’ll be set in four key locations – France, Holland, Norway, and North Africa. We also get a brief look at Panzerstorm, the first map that will be available after launch. It will become available with the Tides of War chapter “Overture” in December.
Battlefield 5 is set to release for Xbox One, PS4, and PC on November 20th. Those with Origin Access Premier can play the full game several days earlier. EA Access and Origin Access Basic subscribers will also receive early access, but with a 10 hour trial instead. Stay tuned for more information on the game in the coming weeks.
