Call of Duty Advanced Warfare: Patch Fixes Issues On PS4 And PC, Xbox One Receives Partial Update

Fixes connectivity issues and crashes.

Most day one games recently have been, for lack of a better word, broken. Call of Duty, the most infamous first person shooter of the 7 th and 8th generation thus far is no exception despite having a skilled and experienced development team behind its development.

Well, a new patch for the Xbox One is set to arrive soon that will fix issues that some players are having on it. Sledgehammer Games took to Twitter to say “#AdvancedWarfare Xbox One update (Part 1 of 2) is now live. Part 2 Pending 1st Party Approval.” However, complete patches for PC and PS4 versions have been released.

You can see the patch notes for past updates here, where a line reads “Our commitment to continuing to support the game and community is as strong as ever, and our team is focused on making the experience the best it can be on all platforms.” So while it’s admirable that they continue to support their game, it goes without saying that the game shouldn’t have shipped until it’s ready.
