At this point, the most popular mode in Call of Duty is probably the PvE multiplayer mode, Zombies. Originally introduced to the franchise by Treyarch in World at War and then Black Ops, it has since been adapted by Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer alike for their Call of Duty games, too.
But this year’s Call of Duty game is by Treyarch, which means the progenitor of the mode will be making the new title- which, in turn, implies that expectations from Zombies this year are at a high, right? Well, if so, you’re going to have to wait just a little bit- E3’s official Twitter account has confirmed today that details about the Zombies mode in Black Ops 4 will be revealed at the conference next month, during the E3 Colosseum livestream.
So now you know when to mark your calendars for. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is due out this October for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
