CDPR Still Trying To Improve The Witcher 3 PS4 FPS Issues, More Patches Incoming And More Info

Marcin Momot confirms that more patches are on the way along with mission bug fixes.

It seems that CD Projekt haven’t given up on optimizing the performance of the PS4 version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Speaking on the game’s official forums, CDPR’s Marcin Momot assured players that the the development team is still looking into improving PS4 version frame rate performance.

“Our development team is still looking into this issue. FPS on PS4 has been slightly improved with the recent patches but we want to say something when we have solid facts to present to you. As mentioned, the team is trying to improve this aspect of the game, and I will share the information with you as soon as I have something. Thank you for your understanding and sorry about the silence on this topic,” he stated.

He also revealed that more patches are on their way which will bring along lot of fixes, as patch 1.06 was only a hot fix for the PC version. He also confirmed that the gold reset issue will be fixed in the upcoming 1.05 hot fix patch for consoles. And finally for users who are facing issues with NPC interaction in Food’s Gold quest, Marcin confirmed that they are currently investigating the issue.
