While the likes of Death Stranding, The Last of Us Part 2, and Ghost of Tsushima have been hogging the limelight as some of the most highly anticipated upcoming PS4 exclusives, we shouldn’t forget that Sony has some other stuff in the pipeline as well. For instance, there’s Concrete Genie, Pixelopus’ vivid adventure title that was first announced back in 2017.
During their State of Play stream, Sony showed off a new trailer for the title, giving us a deeper look at some of its beautiful art style and aesthetic, while also giving us a better idea of what we can expect from its story, which promises to be a deeply personal one. It’s looking quite good, and those who’ve been anticipating the game’s launch will want to take a look at the trailer below.
The trailer also confirms that Concrete Genie’s release has been slightly pushed back. While it was scheduled to release in Spring of this year, the game will now be launching in Fall- a more specific release date wasn’t given, but we’re assuming we’ll learn more about it in the coming months, so stay tuned.
