Pixelopus had a chance to show off its newest title Concrete Genie at Sony’s Media Showcase during Paris Games Week. It’s a third person title which focuses on Ash, a bullied teen who likes to paint his town with intriguing landscapes and weird creatures. Over time though, it becomes obvious that Ash’s paintings are the key to cleaning up the town of Denska. Check out some gameplay below.

Concrete Genie also has the theme of Ash overcoming bullying, which makes for an interesting story. You can check out the trailer to see how paintings can be created and brought to life along with the effects they’ll have on the surrounding environment. It’s intriguing and we can’t wait to see more.

More reveals are coming from Sony’s Media Showcase. Thus far, we’ve seen Guacamelee 2 and Spelunky 2 announced in the pre-show, confirmed for the PlayStation 4. There are plenty of new IPs coming as well so stay tuned for more information.
