Control Will Feature Music From Poets Of The Fall

The band will collaborate with Remedy once again.

Control is looking to be the weirdest game that Remedy Entertainment has ever produced. The launch trailer alone shows you how odd the game will be, and the ray tracing based footage has really shown how detailed the environments can be. But part of any environment is also the music, and the game is going to feature some great music from Poets of the Fall.

In a new feature video on the game, Creative Director Sam Lake and Poets of the Fall’s lead singer Marko Saaresto talk about the music the band will lend to the game, including “My Dark Disquiet” from their latest album. It’s actually not the first time the two have collaborated multiple times, going all the way back to Max Payne 2. They say they won’t spoil it, but people will know when they hear the tracks, and that they’ve done a lot to make it jive with the game’s weirdness.

Control will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on August 27th, and you can check out how much space you’ll be needing by reading here.
