There’s a lot of new content in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, not including the +100 new items to discover. Weapons are a part of that, and CD Projekt RED has added some killer new Iconic weapons for players to collect.
There are several Iconic weapons in Dogtown, but what are some of the best choices? Find out here (but beware of spoilers). You can also check out our guides for completing all the Increased Criminal Activity locations and locating all the Restricted Data Terminals for those valuable Relic Points.
Weapon | How to Obtain | Description |
---|---|---|
Order | Remember Brick from the base game? You can acquire his Iconic shotgun, Order, by visiting the Black Market in Dogtown. | The Tech Double-Barrel Shotgun deals 50 percent more headshot damage and 100 percent more armor penetration with a 10 percent chance to shock. It can be charged when firing from the hip. Charging above 66 percent will vaporize enemies ahead of you while leaving an EMP trail. |
Wild Dog | Obtained in the main job “Firestarter.” You must side with Reed, which results in a fight with Kurt Hansen. Defeat him to receive this Power LMG. | Repeated hits with the weapon increase the fire rate and critical hit chance. It also has 25 percent armor penetration and an 85 percent headshot damage multiplier. When the magazine is empty, quick melee attacks deal massive damage. |
Murphy’s Law | Also obtained in the main job “Firestarter,” but you need to side with Songbird. As you escape, look for the body of Murphy, the guard who let you, when reaching the Car Showroom. | It’s a Power Baton with a 15 percent chance for Bleeding, Stun and Shock, and 50 armor penetration, which also deals more damage with strong attacks. You also gain increased attack speed when attacking a knocked-down enemy. |
Pariah | First, help Songbird escape in “Firestarter.” In the main job “The Killing Moon,” Reed will confront you. Keep your weapon out and keep talking until you have to shoot him. He drops the Pariah. | This Tech Pistol deals 150 percent additional headshot damage and 50 percent armor penetration. It has a 0.75-second charge time and charged shots fire three rounds, each dealing full damage. |
Erebus | The blueprint for this weapon is obtained in the main job, “Somewhat Damaged.” Afterwards, you receive the quest, “The Corrosion.” Complete it to craft this weapon. | As a Power Submachine Gun, the Erebus fires shotgun-like bursts infused with “dark energy from beyond the Blackwall.” It’s best against low-health enemies and has 25 armor penetration and 100 percent headshot damage. |
Ambition | When playing through the Gig, “Prototype in the Scraper,” talk to Hasan and call Mr. Hands. Elect to let Hasan go and receive the “Go Your Own Way” mission. Meet Hasan in his apartment, and he’ll give you the Ambition. | This Tech Pistol has a 150 percent headshot damage multiplier and 25 armor penetration. Shots have a chance to blind enemies and deal bonus headshot damage to them. |
Rasetsu | Obtained in the mission, “You Know My Name.” After the section where you use a sniper turret to help Reed, you receive the Rasetsu. | Along with 300 percent headshot damage and 50 percent armor penetration, charged shots will penetrate through enemies and obstacles. Shots will also bend to hit multiple enemies at a time. |
Her Majesty | Alex gives this to you in the main job, “Get It Together.” | Deals increased damage and guaranteed critical headshots with perfect accuracy while Optical Camo is active. It also has a 150 percent headshot damage multiplier. |
Ogou | Obtained after completing the Gig, “Treating Symptoms.” Defeat the Robot Mk. 2 boss and loot its remains to receive the Ogou. | It’s a Tech Pistol that deals 50 percent headshot damage, 25 percent armor penetration, and 50 percent critical damage. More importantly, each shot fires a two-round burst of explosive shots with a high chance of dismembering enemies. With each dismemberment, its critical hit chance and bleed increase. |
