Cyberpunk 2077 “Will Be Worth It In The End” – CDPR’s Miles Tost

We believe it.

CD Projekt RED recently delivered the somewhat disappointing news that their hugely anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 needed some more time for extra polish, and was hence being pushed back from its imminent April release date by five months.

Many are disappointed with this delay, understandably enough, especially given how close the game’s release was, but CD Projekt RED wants to assure audiences that the final product is going to be well worth the wait. Taking to Twitter, CDPR’s Miles Tost, senior level designer on Cyberpunk 2077, said that the game will be “worth it in the end for sure.”

Given the fact that this is a going to be a huge, dense, and complex game full of content, it’s understandable that the developers want a little extra time to polish up the game- and it’s surely going to result in a better game.

Cyberpunk 2077 is out on September 17 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. CDPR recently spoke about the possibility of a next-gen release for the game, and whether they’re going to be crunching to hit the game’s September release- read more on that through here. Additionally, it was also recently confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077’s multiplayer probably won’t be out until after 2021.
