We’ve seen quite a bit of the upcoming Dead Space remake of late, and it’s instantly captivated a great many people. From its debut gameplay trailer to its recent extended gameplay walkthrough, every bit of Dead Space we’ve seen so far has looked gorgeous, while all the newly emerged gameplay details have also sounded promising. Now, however, it seems a much meatier chunk of gameplay footage from the remake has also surfaced online.
YouTube channel Gameplay Place has forty minutes of uninterrupted gameplay footage without any commentary in four parts. It’s unknown if the footage is allowed by the published or has been leaked, but if that is the case, EA has yet to take it down. You can watch it below in full.
The footage covers chapters 2 and 3 of Dead Space, ending with protagonist Isaac Clarke finding himself in the USG Ishimura’s Control Room, where he’s attempting to restart the ship’s engines. Plenty of gory combat is shown off, and of course, the footage offers a healthy look at the game’s atmosphere, visuals, and more. There’s still plenty of months left until the game releases, so what’s shown here isn’t the final product, but it’s still looking amazing.
Dead Space launches for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on January 27, 2023.
