Death Stranding Director’s Cut PC Questions Will be Answered by January End – 505 Games

Global community director Antonela Pounder says the publisher will "answer as many" questions "as we can" later this month.

505 Games recently confirmed that Death Stranding Director’s Cut would be coming to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store in 2022. Having originally launched for PS5 last year, it serves to add new content and features along with quality of life improvements. The PC port will also have its own unique options like High Frame Rate Mode and Ultrawide monitor support.

However, there are already several questions from those who own the base game. Will they be able to avail of a paid upgrade option, much like PS4 owners could for the PS5 version? 505 Games’ global community director Antonela Pounder didn’t confirm this in the most recent Steam post but more details are coming this month.

“We’re keeping things short but sweet today, but also know many of you will have several questions. Don’t worry though, we’ll answer as many as we can at the end of January. Stay tuned for more information!”

There’s also the rumored Xbox game that the company is working on for Microsoft (not to mention rumors of a new Silent Hill game funded by Sony).
