Vendor of Exotic and Legendary wares, sometimes Agent of the Nine, Xur has returned to the Tower in Bungie’s Destiny 2. He’s in the Hangar until the next weekly reset and has some decent, if unremarkable, wares. The Exotic weapon of the week is Black Talon, a Heavy Void Sword which fires projectiles with its Heavy Attack.
Every other kill with a Heavy Attack grants sword ammo, and though it’s not the best choice in most challenging PvE content, Black Talon is fun. Get it for 29 Legendary Shards. Hawkmoon and Dead Man’s Tale have new random rolls, with the former possessing Chambered Compensator, Moving Target and Textured Grip.
The latter has Extended Barrel, Flared Magwell, Snapshot Sights and Short-Action Stock. As for other Exotic gear, you can pick up Lucky Pants (Hunter boots), Synthoceps (Titan gloves) and Getaway Artist (Warlock gloves) for 23 Legendary Shards each. They’re all good in their ways, if not incredible.
The Season of the Risen armor is the Legendary set for the week, with each piece costing 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer. Check out the latest Legendary weapons below:
