Dragon Ball FighterZ – Kefla Out Tomorrow for FighterZ Pass 3 Holders

Update 1.21 is currently live and introduces multiple assists, Ki Charge changes, and more.

Bandai Namco’s Dragon Ball FighterZ has received its newest update which introduces a lot of big changes to the game. A new trailer been released showcasing what’s new but it also hypes up DLC fighter Kefla’s debut tomorrow. She’s available early for FighterZ Pass 3 holders and on February 28th for everyone else.

In terms of changes, update 1.21 allows for choosing from three different assists per character. This significantly shakes up the potential for combos and set-ups, allowing players to experiment with a wider range of fighters. Other changes include increased damage output, one bar of Ki gauge and reduced recoverable health for the opponent when you’re down to only one fighter.

Ki Charge now has reduced recovery and can deflect Ki Blasts. If you press the heavy attack button when performing a Ki Charge, you’ll now execute a Super Dash. If your Ki gauge is full, Ki Charge can still be used for a short amount of time. Check out some more changes below and full patch notes here.
