E3 2018 Floor Plans Revealed; Nintendo and Sony Lead the Charge With Largest Floor Spaces

I imagine both companies have a lot to show this year.

E3 is just around the corner- we’re just four months away from it! That means that the logistics of the event, which is massive is scale, are being finalized right around now. This includes, among other things, floor space that each company has to reserve for its booths where its games will be playable. Thanks to ResetEra poster Rösti, we not have an idea of what the E3 floor space will look like- at least preliminarily.

Predictably enough, as is always the case, Nintendo and Sony lead the charge with the most floor space booked this year- and, just like last year, their space is side by side, right next to each other. Hopefully, this means that they have a lot of games to show, and that their booths will be as elaborate as they have been in the last few years. Over on the third party front, Bethesda, Capcom, and Square Enix seem to have surprisingly large booths.

Curiously enough, Microsoft’s floor space seems to be minuscule. Now, the company did indicate that it will be trying something “different” this year at E3- is this indicative of that? Or do they just not have as many games to show?

Whatever the explanation, E3 is around the corner, and I am sure fans of all platforms can find something from the event to be happy about.
