Publisher 505 Games and developer Rabbit and Bear Studios have released a new trailer for the upcoming RPG Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. The trailer, released during Tokyo Game Show, can be seen below.

The new trailer for Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes provides a great look at the upcoming game’s unique art style, which makes use of 2D sprites for characters, but alongside fully 3D environments.

The trailer also shows off some of the big names involved with the development of the game, such as character designer Junko Kawano (Suikoden 1 and 4, Shadow of Destiny, Arcalast), director Osamu Komuta (Suikoden Tierkreis, Suikoden Tactics, Arcalast), and producer Junichi Murakami (Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, The Sword of Etheria, Hero Bank). The game also features music by Motoi Sakuraba (Tales of series, Star Ocean series), and Michiko Naruke (Wild Arms series).

Leading up to its 2023 release, the studio had also recently released a profile for five of its playable characters, out of a cast of a possible 100 playable characters.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes will be coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
