Capcom has announced that its co-op/competitive shooter Exoprimal will be kicking off an open beta test today. The open beta is slated to take place over the weekend, ending on March 20.
Participation in the Exoprimal open beta test is free, and players can join the beta by signing in with their Capcom ID on the game’s official website. The open beta test is available on PC through Steam and Windows Store, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4.
According to the announcement, the goal of the Exoprimal open beta test is to “observe the play experience of its participants”, as well as to see how well the game’s servers can handle the stress of worldwide cross-platform matchmaking.
Capcom has warned that the open beta build might have issues including freezes or crashes, as well as network issues.
Participating in the open beta and answering the survey will also reward players with an Aibius Medal charm available when the game is fully launched.
Exoprimal is slated for release on July 14 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
